- Boiled crushed/ 1 grated apple medium sized seasonal fruit (100 gm)

- Khichdi/ boiled and mashed carrot and peas/ gram or soft cooked leaves of spinach cooked with ghee

Dinner
- Mashed Potatoes with Peas and Cauliflower/Rice with Mashed Peas Wheat Ravo/Rice/Bajri Raab Dal Khichdi
Time to Sleep
- Breast milk / palm (palm) sugar / colostrum / supplement

Lunch
- Dal (1/2 cup rice with sambar and green vegetables cooked with vitamin D fortified oil and 2 rotis with ghee/ rice with potato masala/ local and seasonal vegetables – pumpkin/ 2-4 tbsp beans/ soy butter (100 ml)
Mid-Afternoon
- A cup of unsweetened milk/boiled groundnuts/sprouts/chickpea flakes and jaggery ladles
The Evening
- Boiled sweet potato/carrot and beetroot/ 1/2 bun or muffin/ papaya. Chiku mash grapes
Dinner
- 1/2 cup Cauliflower 2 chapatis cooked with local or seasonal vegetables bajri, gram dal mung dal tuwer dal curry and khichdi with vegetable salad, oats – apple raab pumpkin juicy vegetable and rice-dal/sambar/ 2 rotis with milk

The Middle the Morning
- Carrot slices / raisins / medium sized apple / orange / almonds / walnuts / cashews / pomegranate / papaya or seasonal fruit salad
Lunch
- Rice Cooked millets cooked with vitamin D fortified oil or ghee – 1 cup / Wheat roti – 2, with dal and green vegetables, Rice with chicken soup / Fish soup / Boiled egg, Chicken / Rice with buttermilk (100 ml)
Mid-Afternoon
